ORDERING
Your order will be despatched in unmarked boxes. However, it is a requirement of our carrier that we will appear as the sender on the shipping label.
My order requires approval. What happens next?
If your order contains a product or products that require approval, your order will first be sent to your set approver, who will review your order and any artwork content. If everything checks out, they will hit APPROVE and your order will then proceed to manufacture. If they REJECT a proof or order line, it will return to your basket for review and deletion or resubmission.
What happens after I place an order?
If you're using one of our designs, we'll start work as soon as you checkout. Our process is almost totally automated, for reliable and robust service.
I'm in a rush - can you help me out?
If you require your order to be fast tracked please contact our account teams and we will try to help where possible. Your account team details can be found on Contact Us page.
I'm stuck! What should I do?
Don't panic. Have a look at our online help guide or contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
How do I change my order?
Once you've checked out, your order will begin our automated production process. It is usually not possible to make changes to it once we've begun. Please contact us for advice.
How do I check my order status?
"Sign in" to your account and click on the your contact details at the top right of the storefront. You'll see "Orders" and the status of each order within.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Please contact us quickly and let us know what's up. We'll do our best to put things right.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
How do I change the delivery address after I've placed the order?
Your order will be despatched in unmarked boxes. However, it is a requirement of our carrier that we will appear as the sender on the shipping label.
Can I deliver to a different delivery address?
Sure. When you checkout, you can choose to add a new delivery address.
How long will it take?
Our Print-On-Demand items will be delivered three days after the order has been placed.
Any digital downloads will be available seconds after the order has been placed. The "downloads" section can be found under your "account" section

We can deliver anywhere you need the order to be shipped
How is my order packaged?

Where is my order?
"Sign in" to your account and click on the yourcontact details at the top right of the storefront. You'll see "Orders" and the status of each order within. If the order status is marked as shipped your goods will be delivered the next day, extreme weather permitting.
How do I download my PDF?
"Sign in" to your account and click on the your contact details / usernameat the top right of the storefront. You'll see "Downloadable Products" on the left toolbar. Selecting this will bring you up your list of available downloadable artwork.
