When you enter personal information into this online shop you are providing them to a third party company, Paragon Customer Communications, Park House, London, EC2M 7EB, who use your name, address and contact details data to despatch the merchandise items on behalf of IAM RoadSmart. Your data is retained solely by them for record keeping and confirmation of despatch and orders placed.
Any financial transaction made through this website is processed directly with IAM RoadSmart’s own bank account directly.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 48 hours and goods despatched within 7 days of receipt of order.
Delivery
Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery.
Delivery Charges
Orders placed that are over 100gms will have a flat delivery and handling charge of £5.40 added to them. This is for a tracked courier delivery to any UK or International address up to a maximum weight of 20kg per order. Orders up to 100gms are sent by 1st class post and are charged at £1.30 per order.
Cancellation, Refunds and Returns
You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, and upon receipt of your returned goods, IAM RoadSmart will make a full refund. The address for returns is
