Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours and goods despatched within 7 days of receipt of order.

Delivery

Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery with the exception of engraved items which may take longer.

Delivery Charges

Orders placed that are over 100gms will have a flat delivery and handling charge of £5.40 added to them. This is for a tracked courier delivery to any UK or International address up to a maximum weight of 20kg per order. Orders up to 100gms are sents by 1st class post and are charged at £1.30 per order.

Out of stock items

If you order contains any out of stock items then we will ship the items in stock to you and the missing items will follow when back in stock at no additional delivery cost.

Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, and upon receipt of your returned goods, IAM RoadSmart will make a full refund. The address for returns is

We also offer a full money-back guarantee on non-engraved items if returned in good condition within 14 days.
