How much budget do I have available?

Each user has been allocated a special launch budget of £300. Once you have used up your budget, you will be asked to pay for your purchases by credit/debit card. Every 12 months user budgets will get reviewed and topped up accordingly.

What happens after I place an order?

If you're using one of the personalised marketing resources, we'll start work as soon as you checkout. Our process is almost totally automated, for reliable and robust service. For all general stock ordering, a pick note will be generated and the items will be picked and packaged normally within 48 hours of the order being placed. Please note that busy perionds may impact on the time schedules mentioned above.

I've got problems with using the NFU Marketing Barn, who do I contact?

All the relevant contact details can be found by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab. If you have specific marketing questions related about a product, contact a member of the NFU Marketing team. All other storefront questions can be directed to the NFU Paragon Customer Communications team.

I'm in a rush - can you help me out?

If you require your order to be fast-tracked please contact the NFU Paragon Customer Communications team and we will try to help where possible. These details can be found on the "Contact Us" page.

Is there a picture library available for using on the personalised marketing resources?

Yes there is. If you can access the NFU Intranet, you can either use the media centre or visit the NFU Marketing Barn page for a selection of generic images. For Group Office Toolkit users, visit the NFU Marketing Barn page where there is a collection of high quality images to use.

How do I change my order?

Once you've checked out, your order will begin our automated production process. It is usually not possible to make changes to it once we've begun. Please contact us for advice.

How do I check my order status?

Sign in to your account and click on your contact details at the top right of the storefront. In the box on the left hand side you'll see "Orders" and the status of each order within.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Please contact us quickly and let us know what's up. We'll do our best to put things A. right.

Can I order more than my maximum order limit?

No, but if you have special requirements that justify a need for larger quantities, please contact the NFU Marketing team on nfumarketing@nfu.org.uk.

How do I change the delivery address after I've placed the order?

If you need to change the address you want your order delivered to, we can usually do this at any time while your order is 'in progress'. After your order is complete, it's too late to change. If you have an 'order in progress' which you'd like to change, please 'Contact Us' and tell us the address you'd like to send it to.

Can I deliver to a different delivery address?

Sure. When you checkout, you can choose to add a new delivery address.

How long will it take to deliver my items?

The personalised marketing materials will aim to be delivered three days after the order has been placed. General stock items will normally be dispatched 2-3 days after the order has been placed. Please note that busy periods may impact on the time schedules mentioned above.

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver to anywhere in the UK.

How is my order packaged?

Your order will be dispatched in unmarked boxes. However, it is a requirement of our carrier that we will appear as the sender on the shipping label.

Where is my order?

Sign in to your account and click on your contact details in the top right hand corner of the storefront. In the box on the left hand side you'll see "Orders" and if you click on this you can see the status of each order within. If the order status is marked as shipped your goods will be delivered the next day, extreme weather permitting.

How do I download my PDF?

Sign in to your account and click on your contact details in the top right hand corner of the storefront. In the box on the left hand side you'll see "Downloadable Products". Selecting this will bring you up your list of available downloadable artwork.
