How do I pay for my order?

We only have the facility to accept credit/debit card payment online. No other payment type is accepted.


What happens after I place an order?

Our process is almost totally automated, for reliable and robust service. For all general stock ordering, a pick note will be generated and the items will be picked and packaged normally within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that busy periods may impact on the time schedules mentioned above.


I've got problems with using the NFU Turkey Shop website, who do I contact?

Can I deliver to a different delivery address?

Yes. When you checkout, you can choose to add a new delivery address.


When will my order arrive?

Once your order is placed and paid for online, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

How will it be delivered?

All orders are delivered by courier.


Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, the warehouse who facilitates the Turkey merchandise shop in unable to allow members of the public on site to collect online orders.


I’ve ordered my items online but I need to order more, what should I do?

You can order again online, there is no limit on orders you can place. Postage is calculated based on each individual item so even if you make a separate order, the postage cost would have to be paid for


How is my order packaged?

Your order will be dispatched in unmarked boxes. However, it is a requirement of the carrier that we will appear as the sender on the shipping label.


My order hasn’t arrived?

If, after 3 – 5 working days, your order still hasn’t arrived with you please call NFU Call First on 0370 845 8458 who will be able to investigate this for you.


My order has arrived, but the contents is damaged

If you notice the order is damaged before the courier leaves, you can reject the delivery and it will be sent back to the warehouse where this will be investigated for you. If the courier has already left and you realise items are damaged please call NFU Call First on 0370 845 8458 who will be able to investigate this for you and organise collection of goods if needed.


My order has arrived, but I’ve received the wrong items

If you have received incorrect items or items are missing, please call NFU Call First on 0370 845 8458 as soon as possible. We will then be able to investigate this for you and organise collection or postage of goods if needed.


I’ve ordered items online but no longer need them

Please call NFU Call First on 0370 845 8458 as soon as possible so we can see what stage the order is at and the best course of action to take.
