Understanding the order system

Payment

All chargeable items within this website must be paid for using a debit or credit card when placing the order and then claimed back from your group (unless a group bank card is used). You may be able to claim some financial support from your Area Service Delivery Manager but this would have to be agreed separately to the purchase prices for personalisedmarketing items on the site.

Delivery times

The items in this toolkit come from a variety of suppliers, so please be aware that your order may arrive in separate consignments. While the majority of items should be delivered within five working days, flags and clothing may take up to 14 days to arrive due to production timescales.
