Terms and Conditions

By using this site to create and order IAM group marketing materials you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Payments

 

  • The items that require a payment when ordering must be paid for at the time of placing the order by credit or debit card. If a personal card is used then the cost should be reclaimed from your local group. Ideally a card linked to a group bank account should be used.
  • There is no facility to raise invoices to groups for items purchased due to previous issues with payment.
  • Please ensure that either you personally or the local IAM group are aware that you have incurred costs before placing any order.

 

Order Processing

 

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours and goods despatched within 7 days of receipt of order.

Delivery Charges

Orders placed that are over 100gms will have a flat delivery and handling charge of £5.40 added to them. This is for a tracked courier delivery to any UK or International address up to a maximum weight of 20kg per order. Orders up to 100gms are sent by 1st class post and are charged at £1.30 per order.

 

Delivery

 

  • Please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery, except for engraved items and personalised clothing which may take longer.
  • Your order may arrive in separate consignments as we use multiple suppliers to fulfil orders placed.
  • You will be advised immediately if any items are either out of stock or have a longer than expected delivery time.

 

Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

 

  • A refund for un-personalised items may be made in exceptional circumstances but no refunds or exchanges will be made for any items that include personalised group details.
  • Please ensure that your artwork is double checked and accurate before ordering. Any errors or quality issues regarding the use of input text or uploaded images will still need to be paid for. If in doubt, please use the help facility within this site prior to ordering.

 

Your Data security

When you enter personal information into this online portal you are providing them to a third-party company, Paragon Customer Communications, Park House, London, EC2M 7EB, who use your name, address and contact details data to despatch the ordered items on behalf of IAM RoadSmart.

 

Your data is retained solely by them for record keeping and confirmation of despatch and orders placed. Any financial transaction made through this website is processed with IAM RoadSmart’s own bank account directly.
